Bagged perhaps? No, this 2005 Honda Accord Type-S of Mujaahid Gallow is rolling on a set of BC Racing BR Series Coilovers.
The first time I saw this car, was when one of my close friends Ismaeel that worked with Mujaahid, sent our mailing list some photos of the car back in the day. Recently this car has sprouted at shows and made an great appearance at Streetmodz 2012 leaving some bystanders oozing with interest. Well u don't see a lot of these cars, as they would say "modded" on our roads in Cape Town.
We drove off to the location of choice, but was soon faced with disappointed as the space was used for parking for an event close by. We then headed off to Constantia where me and Rafeeq finally started shooting the car.
WINNERS LAY FRAME THEY SAID, PHOTOGRAPHY WAS FUN THEY SAID, SEEING MY ASS ON OUR SITE, NOT FUN ANYMORE
As you can see, this car has not a lot done to it, but the things that was done on it makes it stand out. Like i have mentioned earlier the car is rolling on a set of BC Racing BR Series coilovers, which helps the tyres tuck in nice under the arches. A 19mm rear anti sway bar from UltraRacing with poly bushes was also fitted.
Rolling on a set of 18" BBS LM Wheels, 8.5j +35ET all round and pulled over with 225/40/18R tyres.
On the engine side Mujaahid fitted and K&N Typhoon CAI, throttle body coolant bypass mod and exhaust gasses exits via a Powerflow 63mm into 57mm Stainless Steel Dual Exhaust. They fitted a UniQ piggyback and was tuned on the Topend Racing dyno and made a healthy 168.4kw and 240nm.
Exterior was sorted with only a Webasto Large Delux sunroof and windows was done with a 35% smash and grab tint. The lights was sorted with Phillips Crystals Vision main bulbs and Osram Nightbreaker fogs. Mujaahid still have a lot of things planned ahead, so keep your eyes peeled later this year for an updated feature. Enjoy the photos!
