Before you look any further at these photos, I would really like you to take some time out and read this feature.
We are going to start and do a Lifestyle Sundays feature every 2nd month, where we go visit guys to just hang out and chill and meet the family/friends thats been involved in their ongoing builds. Now to start off this feature, these cars are all work in progress. So mind some of the 4x4's :-P
For those who know who Maarten is, Maarten owned a white old school mk1 4door with the old school look that was featured on Neck Breakerz a few months ago. Maarten had that car just as an example for his Nephew as his Nephew looks up to him when it comes to cars. That time James had a Velociti Golf with some subtle exterior mods and a set of Lenso BSX rims. Recently Maarten conctacted me and advised me that James has since then bought over his Honda Ballade Vtec and both of them sold the golf's.
As you can see by the cover photo this is Maarten's families cars, which off 2 is owned by him(FD1 Civic and white new spec EK Civic with Gold BBS Reps), 1 by James(White Ballade old spec EK vtec with Black Lenso BSX rims), 1 by his wife(white 180i old spec EK Ballade the highest of the lot), 1 by James Dad(White Newer version 4door Civic with bbs reps), 1 by Maarten's Dad(Silver old spec EK ballade with bbs reps) and last but not least one by their cousin(Blue old spec EK Ballade with Alphine Rims)
He basically asked me to come check out his 2 latest projects. The FD1 was the one that struck my eyes first. It looked completely different to the stock versions, a set of BBS LM Reps and a Yellowspeed Adjustable coilovers compliments of JDM Worx, made this car look completely different to the stock versions. Although still a work in progress, I can simply not wait for the final result. Until then enjoy the pics!
